- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup erythritol or any other keto-friendly sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
