  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or any other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
