- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- for the streusel topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

In a small bowl, mix together the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the top.
