How To Make Baileys Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 300g cream cheese
- 200ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 100g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crush the digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.

Mix the melted butter with the crushed biscuits until well combined.

Press the mixture into the base of a greased 8-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the Baileys Irish Cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve chilled with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
