  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.

  3. Press the biscuit mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the biscuit base and sprinkle with sea salt.

  7. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
