Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff for 30 seconds until melted and combined.

  2. Stir in the crispy rice cereal until well coated.

  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, using a spatula to smooth the top.

  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips for 20-second intervals, stirring in between until melted.

  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the peanut butter mixture.

  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.

  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

  8. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
