How To Make Marbled Chocolate Brownies
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Allow it to cool slightly.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
-
Gradually add the melted butter to the sugar mixture, stirring continuously.
-
Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined.
-
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
-
Add dollops of the remaining batter on top, then use a knife to create a marbled effect by swirling the two batters together.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
-
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
