- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add the shredded cabbage to the pot and stir to coat with the butter, onion, and garlic mixture.
