How To Make Swedish Rye Bread
Soft and aromatic rye bread with a slight sweetness, perfect for a cozy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rye flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rye flour, all-purpose flour, salt, honey, and yeast.

Gradually pour in the warm water, stirring until the mixture forms a dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for 30-40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and bake for 1 hour until golden brown.
