How To Make Swedish Pancakes Recipe
Thin, crepe-like pancakes that are a staple in Swedish cuisine.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

Add milk and eggs to the mixture and whisk until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Melt a small amount of butter or oil in the pan.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl it until it fills the bottom of the pan.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to brown.

Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Repeat until all the batter is used, adding more butter or oil to the pan as needed.
