- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced green chilies, chopped cilantro, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto a tortilla and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Place the rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.

Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas, making sure they are fully covered.
