Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green chile sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sour cream, green chile sauce, shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a stovetop until pliable.

Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll up, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
