  • 6 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and cooked through.

  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

  4. Place a scoop of scrambled eggs onto each tortilla, leaving space at the edges.

  5. Top with shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and black olives.

  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly.

  7. Optional: Heat the burritos in a skillet on low heat for a few minutes to melt the cheese and make them extra crispy.
