How To Make Lebanese Lamb Kofta Recipe
Deliciously spiced lamb kofta, perfect for a Middle Eastern-inspired meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 wooden skewers
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, grated onion, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, spices, salt, and pepper.

Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape each portion around a wooden skewer into a long sausage shape.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

Grill the lamb kofta for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through.
