Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples and pomegranate seeds.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to combine.

  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top and serve.
