How To Make Rosh Hashanah Apple Cake
A moist and delicious apple cake perfect for celebrating Rosh Hashanah.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs until thick and pale yellow in color.

Stir the apples into the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
