How To Make Matcha Roll Cake Recipe
Soft and fluffy roll cake flavoured with matcha powder, perfect for tea time or dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 70g sugar
- 70g cake flour
- 1tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking sheet with butter and line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and frothy.

Sift in cake flour and matcha powder, gently fold in the flour mixture with a spatula.

Mix in vegetable oil and fold until the batter is smooth.

Pour batter into the prepared baking sheet. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove cake from oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Remove cake from the baking sheet and peel off the parchment paper.

Roll the cake up as tight as possible, using a clean towel. Let the cake cool in the towel.
