- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chopped herbs, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
