Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/2 cup jaggery, grated
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios), finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
Instructions

Heat ghee in a pan and add the whole wheat flour.

Roast the flour on low flame until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.

Add jaggery, cardamom powder, and mix well until jaggery melts completely.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Add chopped nuts and mix well.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into laddoos.

Garnish with desiccated coconut (optional).

Let the laddoos cool completely before serving.
