  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Few sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt.

  2. Add diced cucumber, onion, and tomato to the yogurt mixture and mix well.

  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve chilled.
