  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes and cucumber.

  2. Add the yogurt, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

  4. Serve chilled as a side dish with Indian meals.
