How To Make Keema Curry & Raita

Ingredients
- 500g minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing
- For the raita:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.

Add the minced meat and cook until it turns brown.

Add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes until tomatoes are softened.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

While the curry is simmering, prepare the raita by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, cumin powder, and salt in a bowl.

Serve the keema curry hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves, and with raita on the side.
