Ingredients

  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chaat masala (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers to the yogurt and mix well.

  3. Add the chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder (if using). Mix well.

  4. Serve chilled and garnish with additional coriander leaves if desired.
