How To Make Dutch Apple Pie Recipe
A classic fall dessert, with a buttery crust, spiced apple filling, and crumbly streusel topping.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 6 cups thinly sliced apples (peeled and cored)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples, 1/2 cup flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and melted butter together.

Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup white sugar together. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumb topping over the apple mixture.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
