- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
In a small bowl, mix together the curry powder, turmeric, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In the meantime, prepare the banana sambal by combining the mashed bananas, chopped red chili, fresh cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well.
-
Serve the fragrant spiced chicken with the banana sambal on the side.
