
How To Make Spicy Asian-Chicken-Salad Lettuce Cups
Light, healthy, and still packing a ton of flavors, these lettuce cups are filled with shredded rotisserie chicken seasoned with mayo and chili.

- ½cupmayonnaise
- 2tspsambal oelek,or Chinese chile-garlic sauce
- 1tspdijon mustard
- ½tspasian sesame oil
- 1rotisserie chicken
- cupwater chestnuts
- 2scallions
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 12bibb lettuce,or iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1hass avocado
- lime wedges
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sambal oelek, mustard, and sesame oil.

Stir in the chicken, water chestnuts, and scallions and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the chicken salad into the lettuce cups and top with a slice of avocado. Serve with lime wedges.
