How To Make The Ritz-Carlton’s Lobster Tail Recipe

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise using kitchen scissors.

Loosen the meat from the shell and brush with melted butter.

Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is white and opaque.
