How To Make Savannah Smile Lemon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp of lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add lemon zest and juice, dried thyme, salt and pepper to the pan. Stir together.

  4. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat well with the sauce.

  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.
