- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
