How To Make Sara Lee’s Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
