Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup guacamole

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. Heat black beans in a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.

  4. Assemble burritos by placing rice, beans, guacamole, cheese, and salsa in the center of a tortilla.

  5. Roll up the burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.

  6. Serve hot.
