How To Make Pollo Loco Taquitos Recipe
Delicious crispy taquitos filled with flavorful chicken and spices, served with fresh salsa and sour cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh salsa and sour cream for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, red onion, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds, so they are pliable.

Spoon about 2 tbsp of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, and roll tightly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the taquitos to the skillet seam side down and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the taquitos to a baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
