Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned.

Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and lime juice and stir to combine.

Serve hot with flour tortillas and optional toppings.
