  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.

  2. Use a fork to mash the avocado until it’s mostly smooth but still chunky.

  3. Add the tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
