Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat skillet over medium heat.

Place a tortilla in skillet and top with shredded chicken, cheese, salsa and cilantro.

Fold tortilla in half and cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy.

Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Slice into wedges and serve.
