Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit and scoop into a bowl.

  2. Mash avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks.

  3. Mix in red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder and salt.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

  5. Serve immediately.
