How To Make Pedro Mexican Restaurante Carne Asada Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Tortillas
- Toppings of choice (salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.

Season both sides of the flank steak with salt and pepper, then place it in a plastic bag with the marinade. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips against the grain.

Serve with tortillas and toppings of choice.
