How To Make Pedro Mexican Restaurante Refried Beans Recipe
A classic Mexican side dish made with pinto beans cooked in a flavorful blend of spices and mashed to perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked pinto beans
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Add the cumin and chili powder and cook for another minute.

Add the beans and mash them with a potato masher until they are creamy and fully mashed.

Season with salt to taste and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until the beans are fully heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
