How To Make Pedro Mexican Restaurante Carnitas Recipe
Pulled pork cooked to perfection in Mexican spices and herbs.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325℉.

Season pork with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and brown pork shoulder on all sides.

Place pork in a large baking dish and pour chicken broth, orange juice, and lime juice over it.

Cover with foil and bake for 3 hours.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until meat is tender and falling apart.

Remove from oven and use two forks to shred the meat.

Serve hot with tortillas, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and your choice of toppings.
