- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven and grease a 9 inch springform pan.

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press onto the bottom of the pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

Add in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract, while beating until well combined.

Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.

Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least an hour before serving.
