Ingredients

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and grease a 9 inch springform pan.

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press onto the bottom of the pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

  4. Add in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract, while beating until well combined.

  5. Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least an hour before serving.
