How To Make Michelle Bernstein’s Tres Leches Cake
A moist and decadent Latin American dessert soaked in three types of milk.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually add to egg mixture.

Stir in whole milk and vanilla extract.

Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and 1/4 cup of whole milk.

Remove cake from oven and prick all over with a fork. Pour milk mixture over cake, letting it soak in.

Refrigerate cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
