Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt sugar in a saucepan until golden brown. Pour into 4 ramekins.

In a saucepan, heat milk until bubbles form around the edges.

Whisk eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl.

Add hot milk to egg mixture whisking continuously.

Slowly pour mixture into ramekins.

Place ramekins in a large baking dish filled with water.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Let cool, then flip onto a serving dish.
