How To Make Long John Silver’s Shrimp Scampi
Juicy shrimp cooked in a buttery garlic wine sauce, perfect for a seafood treat!

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Pour in white wine, scrape the bottom of the skillet with a wooden spoon to release any browned bits.

Cook until wine has reduced by half, about 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and stir in parsley.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
