How To Make Long John Silver’s Seafood Stir-Fry Recipe
A flavorful seafood stir-fry that’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the shrimp and scallops and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.

Add the red bell pepper, yellow onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

Add the sauce to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are coated.

Add the seafood back to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.
