Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup cooked mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, scallops)
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

  3. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add the peas and cook for another minute.

  5. Add the cooked rice and mixed seafood and stir-fry to combine.

  6. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

  7. Serve hot.
