  • 2 cans of corned beef
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium-sized onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.

  3. Add the diced onions and green bell pepper and cook until tender.

  4. Add the canned corned beef and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot with a side of eggs and toast.
