How To Make Le Peep’s Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add in milk, egg, and melted butter, and mix until combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
