How To Make Lainy’s Pancit Recipe
A classic Filipino noodle dish loaded with vegetables, meat, and savory flavors.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Pancit bihon noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 calamansi, juiced (or 1 lime)
- green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Soak noodles in water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until pink.

Add cabbage, carrots, and green beans. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.

Squeeze calamansi or lime juice over the pancit and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions before serving.
