How To Make Lainy’s Leche Flan Recipe
A classic Filipino dessert made with rich caramel and silky custard.

Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat to create caramel. Once it turns golden brown, pour it into a 9-inch round mold or llanera and swirl it around to coat the bottom.

In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Strain the mixture into your prepared mold.

Cover your mold tightly with foil and place it in a roasting pan filled with enough water to reach halfway up the mold.

Bake for 60-75 minutes or until the custard is set. Let it cool completely and then chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Once fully set, run a knife around the edges of the mold and invert the Leche Flan onto a serving dish. Serve and enjoy!
