How To Make Debra’s Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Place mixture in a greased loaf pan and pat down evenly.

  5. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Let meatloaf sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
