- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4 egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
