  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, whole eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. Add in protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and whisk until smooth.
